Mountain and Canyon Rescue

The mountain rescue program is to provide the local people with the correct methods and training to help people in many ways. In a land that is vast of canyons, mountains and ravines, it is possible that an accident can occur at any time. Having the right equipment and the correct training can mean all the difference when it comes to having to save someone’s life. This may or may not happen very often but to know that if ever the occasion does arise then the right people will be able to help.

This is not just a hobby for Jon and Victor but they take this very seriously, something you have to do when being as professional as these two people are.

As part of them exploring the area, they both climbed, trekked and abseiled their way through Git Git, the highest waterfall which was part of the adventure for them, was around 45 meters high.

Here are some pictures and videos of them exploring the area and showing their expertise.
